Do I need to fast before blood tests?
Some tests need 8 to 12 hours of fasting. We tell you at the time of booking. Basic packages usually include fasting glucose and a lipid profile.
Is home collection available?
Yes. Home sample collection is free across Ahmedabad. Just mention your address when you book.
Is home collection available on Sundays?
Yes, between 9 AM and 1 PM. Please book in advance.
How soon will I get my reports?
Most reports are delivered within 24 hours. Some specialised tests take longer, and we will tell you the expected time when you book.
How do I receive my reports?
Reports are sent by email and WhatsApp. You can also download them from our patient portal using your registered mobile number.
